The team there was very helpful. Lacey and Caesar fixed issues which were pushing me to cancel new service with AT&T. The staff went through a lot of hoops to help us get the phones activated properly and they helped us to save money on our choices. If you are on AT&T make this your store.
This location has always served us well. My wife and I upgraded to the iPhone 11pro, and when we arrived to pick them up Felipe helped us out. Could not have been more impressed with his level of service, his knowledge, and his proficiency. He also had a fantastic personality that will keep us coming back to ATT, particularly this location! He didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want, and he was always courteous. 10/10 would recommend Felipe here at this store!!
Best service ever. Had a failing sim card. Unlike Verizon, I was allowed to enter the store. A representative helped me immediately and explained that there would be no charge. 10 minutes later I was good as new. Keeiup the great work.
Great customer service. The store manager stayed over a hour and a half after hours to make sure I got a working iPhone with my same phone number. I highly recommend this location for the best customer service out there.
This AT&T store and their staff is the best in town. I went in this past Monday morning to upgrade my phone, and I was a little bit in a panic because I was afraid that I was going to lose everything since my old phone wouldn’t back up properly. Chris greeted me when I came in, got me my new phone, helped me me pick out everything I needed, and was not pushy all. He got my new phone set up, put the case on for me, and when I reminded him about the back up, he was able to sinc my old phone with my new phone, and I didn’t lose anything. The entire time I was in there all the staff working was super friendly with all the customers that came. In the new norm with having to wear a mask everywhere and no contact, Chris and the rest of the staff made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. The whole process was easy, and I love my new phone. I will always come back this store for all my future purchases, and I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you Chris for your outstanding customer service.
