  Been here twice and had two night-and-day experiences, funnily enough both with the same groomer who absolutely couldn't have been nicer. The first time was about nine months ago and must've been by reservation. I came right in and got the towel dry washing service and by the end of the wash my dogs loose hair was all gone.
  
  The second time was this past weekend, and I came in without an appointment which is a mistake I won't make again. They accepted me without an appointment and said they could fit me in. Even after the compressed timeframe, the wash wasn't much to combat the shedding and our dog was barely (but not really) dry.
  
  It's not the end of the day and it was certainly fixable with a good bit of brushing, but I know it's better to just call ahead now.

  Had a wonderful experience with my nervous dog! They worked wonders with her to calm her and were friendly and kind! I also love the self serve bath tubs!

  I’ve had consistently good experiences with this place. Everyone is so polite and friendly from the moment you walk in. Our groomer Tendai does a great job with our extremely hyper and excited labradoodle puppy.

I was in a bind today and decided to share that experience with the Assistant Manager Adrian and see if they could redeem themselves. Adrian listened to my feedback, promised to make things right and actually handled the grooming himself.
