(June 29, 2023, 3:38 pm)I have been at Public Storage on West Street in Annapolis, Maryland since 2019. I have had up to three units at a time now down to one. Pat has been with me since the beginning. He keeps the grounds and facilities immaculate. He is always available for questions or help with anything else I may need. He always greets me with a smile & kind words. As a company you should be very thankful that he is your representative. He is why I am loyal to Public Storage.

She welcomed us in with a smile and answered all of our questions with details, she also explained the differences in prices and showed us how to use the app. Thank you Melleny for being so great today, it’s very rare to get good customer service now a days!
