Regatta Bay Apartments

Ben was an absolute dream to work with! He was very patient with me as this was my first time renting an apartment. He answered all my emails quickly and was extremely helpful! I've only been here a month and so far I have only had excellent experiences! Management is super communicative and any issues I have had have been addressed immediately. I looked at several apartments in the area and I can confidently say that I am so happy I chose Regatta Bay!

We have appreciated our stay with Regatta Bay in recent months. Ben Burke was the receiving agent that welcomed us and continues to embody a steady professionalism in all his interactions. Ben, and the other office staff that we've met, have responded in a timely manner to any concerns or needs that have arisen. The maintenance and cleaning staff are helpful and efficient in their work. The apartment amenities, such as the modern gym, clubhouse and large outdoor fire pit have been a great addition to make our time here more pleasant. The small shopping center and hiking trail nearby has been convenient and an added bonus. We have been grateful for the safe, clean and friendly environment Regatta Bay has provided us during our unexpected stay here in Annapolis.

I’ve been in Regatta Bay for a few months now and couldn’t be happier with the apartment complex! Ben Burke from the leasing team was great at getting us a unit we were happy with and made sure we were settled in. The community is nice and much quieter than our last apartment building was. I’ve also had great experience with the maintenance crew (George, Dave and Saul I think were their names) - they were polite and efficient during the spring maintenance this week, and even took care of a minor thing I needed fixed at the same time. All in all very happy with the community.

My experience with Regatta has been nothing less then amazing. Ben Burke displayed phenomenal customer service. For two months straight he answered all my questions and concerns in a timely fashion as I decided to become a member of the Regatta Family. I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with him! He treats you as if you are family, and it was him moving. He was always honest and up front. I definitely would say he goes beyond the call of duty. He truly made my moving experience effortless!! I couldn’t be more happier with regatta!

I moved to Regatta Bay Apartments about 3 weeks ago. The office staff, especially Ben Burke was my first point of contact. Ben possesses a welcoming personality. He and the rest of the team are quite efficient and they respond promptly to my concerns or issues. The maintenance team, especially Sal is also quite prompt and efficient in their responses to matters that need fixing.
I love the entire atmosphere of Regatta Bay Apt. My apartment is nice and cozy. I love the close proximity to shopping and other amenities. Its a great place to call home!!
