Riva Road Surgical Center

I have gone to Dr Sayan for an initial consult as well as two surgical procedures now. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Sayan and his team. His front office (Cris) was great about getting me scheduled quickly as my needs were pretty urgent and the Riva Road Surgical Center exceeded all expectations. In fact, I preferred my experiences there over going to the hospital. All the nurses were kind caring and supportive. The intake staff had me laughing despite my anxiety over my first surgical experience. As for Dr. Sayan, he was very understanding, clear in his communication, and did a great job with both procedures. I had just received some of the toughest medical news in my life, but despite that news, Dr Sayan had me laughing and feeling positive about my prognosis. I sincerely appreciate my experiences under Dr Sayan’s care and would recommend him to anyone needing a good surgeon.

I never leave reviews for anything, but I think I need to start. I can’t say enough nice things about literally every single person I met while there for a procedure today. I wish I remembered the names of the nurses, but the “big boss,” as the front desk ladies referred to her as was amazing. She chatted me up for a while and she wasn’t even my nurse. Dr Sayan is also amazing and most people in the Annapolis area will tell you that. Thanks to everyone at the surgery center!

Excellent staff and support. From the reception to the prep nurses and procedure team, they are great. Great care, always communicate, and very reassuring. I have had multiple injections over the years and cannot more highly recommend Riva Surgical Center. Thanks for the extra care during this crazy virus time, we pray the staff and medical team stay safe!!

No one likes having surgery but this surgery center, the employees and surgeons are great. My surgery went very well yesterday because of how methodical and focused on details that everyone was. The surgeon and employees greeted me warmly. Everyone here runs at 110% with a great attitude. I highly recommend them.

I just had an excellent experience at the Riva Road Surgery Center! From the initial scheduling calls to my checkout at 4:00 on the dot (as promised) after my procedure, everything went as smoothly as possible. All of the staff from the front office, surgical care, surgeon, and nurses were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and caring. No one was in a rush to hurry along the process, but everything went right on time to the minute as promised from check in at 6:00 a.m. to check out at 4:00 p.m. The facility was spotless and all of the staff that I had contact with seemed like they really liked what they were doing and where they were working...it does show when employees are happy with their jobs! Dr. Burke did a great job on my single level cervical disk replacement and I'm feeling great, thank you to all of the great staff at the Surgery Center!
