Dr.Kohles is a wonderful person. She is very caring and warm person. She focused on me as a patient and was very detailed in evaluating the problems I had. I would recommend Dr. Kohl's to anyone that needs physical therapy.

I attend Elevate Life for pelvic floor physical therapy with Dr. Danielle, general health with Liz, and acupuncture with Jenna. The practice as a whole and for each individual clinician I see, each get 5 stars!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dr. Danielle is super knowledgeable, educating me on how to connect with my mind and body and answering all the curious questions I have about the body. Her gentle and warm nature makes it easy to trust her with such vulnerable body work. We work on stress incontinence, weak muscles (pelvic floor, glutes, hamstrings, quads, etc.), alleviating physical tension of the pelvic floor both internally and externally, breathing exercises, and kegels & bare-downs. Her first assessment of me helped me realize I had a complete misalignment of my hips, causing issues in my posture, walk, balance and more. The practice has an impressive amount of tools and equipment to use, and Dr. Danielle never ceases to amaze me with her adaptiveness, flexibility and quick thinking of exercises, session focus and treatment approach. I believe everyone should have their pelvic floor evaluated at least once in their life because the changes in my body have been tremendous and I couldn’t be thankful enough for the work I’ve been doing with Dr. Danielle! Not to mention that the technicians that work at the practice are also very personable and fun to work with.

Working with Liz has literally changed my life. After working with a previous PCP that only threw medications at me, or told me “it was fine, don't worry about it,” I finally felt heard and understood after meeting with Liz. I had been dealing with gastrointestinal issues for a year, and intense hormonal issues (PMDD) for a few years. Exam after exam, medication after medication and lifestyle change after lifestyle change, it got to the point where all I could do was just maintain my health. After meeting with Liz, she prescribed a GI Mapping test and DUTCH hormone testing. The first test helped us acknowledge I had a pretty serious gluten allergy, and it has been absolutely life-changing to find that out! I am a new person off of gluten and as cliche as this is to say, I feel like my age again. Who knew gluten could impact you neurologically?! Liz has also put me on a supplement regimen to help with my leaky gut and nutrient deificiencies and for the first time in over a year and a half, my digestive system is regular again! I’m still in the middle of the hormone testing but I’m really looking forward for those results and the treatment regimen. It’s amazing to finally see a clinician that wants to get the root cause of symptoms and not just treat them.

Jenna’s calm, nurturing and sympathetic nature makes it so easy to get poked and prodded! As someone who has major anxiety when it comes to needles, I never thought I would actually be able to try out acupuncture. Shout out to Dr. Danielle and Liz for encouraging me to. Not only am I cool as a cucumber when I meet with Jenna, I actually get so excited for the relief her magical needles give me! She is very attentive and supportive, making sure that I am okay and receiving the care I am looking for. I see her for hormonal issues, anxiety, physical tension relief and the impact on my health has been tremendous. I’m always so impressed with how she is able to meet my health needs with her needle work. I highly recommend Jenna!

All the staff at Elevate Life are so personable and caring. Its honestly a pleasure to walk in and be greeted by each employee. I can’t speak highly enough of this clinic. As someone who has been there 1-2 times a week for the last few months, I cannot recommend it enough!!

I am so grateful for my experience at Elevate Life. Especially Dr. Kneessi and the team. I've been to practices where it was an adjustment and you're out the door. That's not how it works here. They implement exercises to help you feel better long term which is amazing. Even better, they take time to get to know you and truly care how your are feeling. The team is amazing! Thank you all!

The best chiropractor! Great customer! Front desk staff are wonderful and make you feel comfortable and at home! Every staff treats me like they care about my improvement and about my well being! My doctor(Erik) is amazing. Clean environment, peaceful vibe, they send you exercises to do at home. I’m thankful for them all.
