Bell Annapolis on West Apartments

I moved into Bell Annapolis about two weeks ago and am very happy with my apartment. The layout is great and the complex is in a very nice location, close to everything. Kimberly Schaefer was so helpful and friendly during my move. I had a minor maintenance issue that was handled quickly by the maintenance staff. Highly recommend.

The community and the property are very nice and convenient to everything. Every person I have met is really friendly. Working with Kimberly has been a real pleasure. She has helped with every question. She has truly made the experience of moving here special.

I've been residing at Bell Annapolis on West since November when I moved here for a job opportunity. The entire experience has been unforgettable and the staff are extremely pleasant to deal with. Any issue that has come up has been addressed within a matter of hours, or at least acknowledged by staff. I was always assured that it would be taken care of. Kimberly, whom I live next to has been the most warming and welcoming to the area. She always says hi and asks how things are going, offering help if I need it. Although I haven't been here for long, I know I will enjoy my stay.

I lived at bell Annapolis for a year and if it weren’t for a bad roommate situation I’d still be there! It is beautiful, safe and close to everything. The maintenance staff is friendly and wonderful and Kimberly in the office is by far one of the easiest and nicest people to work with. She always responds and is always so kind and lovely. I loved living here and sincerely miss it!

Just signed up for my 6th year at Bell Annapolis on West. What a comfortable spacious apartment. Apartments with high ceilings and nice amenities. Renovation looks great. Can not say enough about the helpful friendly personnel. Kimberly has been here from the beginning of my stay. Nice having familiar, friendly and knowledgeable people to deal with! Thanks to all!
