  I love attending Tara's meditation classes. It's very soothing and helps relieve a lot of stress. She uses excellent calming music and many healing meditation words to help you focus during your session. I would highly recommend Tara to anyone!

  Let me say, I was new to meditation and Tara worked her magic! Her voice is so calming and her directions are clear. I have joined her mediation session on numerous occasions and i always feel grounded and settled when I am finished. I highly recommend trying her out! R.D.

  Tara is a excellent meditation instructor and has a tremendous knowledge for healing. I took a class downtown Annapolis on the State lawn, she teaches effortlessly and makes meditation easy.

  Tara is a phenomenal teacher and guide who shares her ability of relaxation and deep spiritual inner well being in a way that appeals to all levels and understanding of meditation. I love the calm and soothing nature of her voice and words and would highly recommend to anyone seeking solace or serenity in our tumultuous world.
