“My Kohler generator stopped working right at the end of my warranty period, and at the beginning of the boating season. The dealer was so backlogged they couldn’t get to it for six weeks, so I took a recommendation and called Diversified, recently taken over by a new owner. The problem turned out to be more complicated than just replacing the raw water pump impeller, and what appeared to be a simple problem turned out to be more. Troubleshooting and repairing a problem isn’t always simple and straightforward, and fixing the generator in this case required significant input from the manufacturer, replacing a part that shouldn’t have failed on a generator only a year old, and attention from a junior, then a senior technician. The billable labor stacked up, and about $60 in parts cost about $700 to install. In the end, Diversified replaced the impeller AND the thermostat that caused my problem. Also, after speaking with the owner he did not charge me for all the extra work. What impressed me most about this job overall was how straightforward, honest, and fair he was when we reviewed what had been done. Every business wants to be perceived to have those qualities, but I observed Diversified operating by them at a moment when it cost them. I think this is rare to hear about, and even more uncommon to see in practice. For the integrity and high level of customer service the owner demonstrated, I’d use them again and even recommend them to a friend.”

“This is by far my favorite Annapolis bed and breakfast! I stayed for a "mental health" getaway and it was perfect. I stayed in the Harbor View room which is on the very top floor. I felt like a queen! The furniture is gorgeous and oh my goodness, the bathroom is incredible! John the owner is an absolute delight and made sure none detail was left unattended. They accommodated my lactose allergy for breakfast in the morning which was so thoughtful (make sure you let them know ahead of time). The location is right down town near the Naval Academy and shops, restaurants, etc. I loved McGarvey's during the day or for happy hour (Eddie is a great bartender there). You can literally walk to everything. Highly recommend! Thank you John, I will be back!”

“I ordered pizza late Thursday night. The only minor complaint I have was I did not get a confirmation tracking email like I typically do, but not such a big deal. The delivery guy delivered my order around 10:45pm to me in Arnold and he forgot the soda that I had with my order. He apologized and was nice enough to go all the way back to the store in Annapolis to get my soda and drive it back to me in Arnold. I saw his car arrive around 11:30pm, I left the outside and inside lights on so he would know I was still awake. I was ready to answer the door, and instead of ringing the door bell or knocking that late, he was even more sweet and left my soda in a bag on my front porch with extra garlic sauces! He went above and beyond all for soda ! Very pleased with their customer service !”
