He said he was holding a graphite lubricant in his hand because he has just sold two of them. He was very helpful, positive, and patient with my questions. When I went into the store, he was just as friendly. He gave me advice/instruction on how to use the product, and upon seeing how unsure I was, offered to come out to the car and show me! My key goes in smoothly now. I am so relieved the product worked, and so grateful to Marvin for his help, advice, and friendliness. Five stars for sure for NAPA Annapolis!”
