He gave us a quote over the phone - day of service cost(s) didn't change with hidden fees or any extra fees. Day of service, technician showed up ahead of schedule - he moved the furniture that was too large to take out of the room, from side to side to ensure the entire room was clean. He was efficient and thorough in all cleaning. It smells so good too! I highly recommend this company to all others looking for a deep, affordable complete carpet cleaning.
