His technician Mike was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing I will definitely be keeping his number if I have another breakdown because most mechanics when they know you have a breakdown they will try to rip you off off. Great guys

(September 30, 2021, 11:56 am)Scheduled an appointment w/in 48 hrs of calling. Technicians, Brian and Mike showed up on time and were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong w/ my vehicle, my options for repair, and did not try to upsell, which I liked. I am using Auto Concepts for the repair and highly recommend their services.
