I cannot believe anyone could say they had poor customer service. We are a large Fire Dept. and have been doing business with Collinson for over 15 years. I have purchased coins, discs, key fobs and insignia multiple times and been extremely pleased with everything. Because of the production quality, we are working on having Collinson make the uniform buckles for the entire dept.

I used this company to design and manufacture around 300 challenge coins for my departments at work. From the very beginning they were so extremely helpful and adapted our initial design incredibly quickly. I just received the final product this week and I could not be happier! I highly recommend them if you are interested in challenge coins or other metal memorabilia items.

Once again Collinson has done a magnificent job. Arlene and Staff always do a top notch job. You will need some patience because a good job takes time and I've never been disappointed. They do such a wonderful job that I can no longer show the shield to my colleagues in my lodge. I now just show a photo because they always ask if they can have the shield. I mistakenly gave away the 100 year commemorative shield to one of our executive officers thinking that I could order another one.. I was S.O.L. out of stock. Learned a lesson, just show a photo..
