Pilates with Debi Vincent at Active Body and Health has changed my life! I have tried many different workout regiments over the course of my adult life, but the majority of them caused more harm than good. Debi ensures that I get an excellent workout EVERY Pilates session, but it is also incredibly important to her that I leave feeling better than when I arrived. Debi truly offers PERSONAL training. Every Pilates session is unique to the way I am feeling and my strength and ability on that day. I have enjoyed Pilates with Debi twice per week for the last decade and I look forward to continuing the same course for many decades to come! What an amazing studio! Debi's instruction is superb, and the art of Pilates is certainly an endeavor for all walks of life. As a male student of Pilates, I've found my life changed through the strengthening of my core.

Active Body & Health is a great gym for the whole family, whether you are a mom or dad looking to lose weight or gain strength or a student athlete looking to take you game to the next level. While Debi is the focal point of the gym she has hired an amazing staff that really knows their particular area well. As an Ironman athlete I expect a lot out of my gym and Active delivers.
