Freestate Septic

Superb service from a local company who really knows the area and the business!!

The entire Freestate team is a family, literally - so you can be sure that they are a tight organization that will understand what you are after! I called them about a year ago trying to schedule my first septic service for my new construction home and they actually told me to wait and it was too soon... I was floored that a company would turn away business on a potential new customer who just didn't know any better. A year later, Bobby came out and did an incredible job - not just with the service itself but taking the time to explain how to ensure my system stays at optimum performance for years to come!!

Professional and prompt. They where able to explain to me steps to better take care of my septic system and at no point tried to upsale me on service or recommend things that where un need.

Freestate came out to pump septic. Owner helped me dig out the access manholes and was friendly and helpful in explaining what he was doing and about the system since we didn't know anything about it. He was able to make a quick repair and ensure system is working properly. I would absolutely use this family-run business again.

Worked with Robby on my septic tank backup. He was very knowledgeable and honest. I was very impressed with their work. They had me up in running after about 4 hours, replacing underground piping. They were fair priced and I will be using them again for any septic needs.

Bobby who is the owner is a honest and fair person. I had a issue one time and he came out and checked the septic and found no issue and did not charge me anything.
His has pumped my tank a few times and checked my system, Talking with him, his family has been in Davidsonville since the founding of America.
His decades of knowledge about the soil and water tables and septic systems is invaluable. I had to have my tank checked for roots because of a inspection by a engineer when selling my house by the buyers inspector who claimed there was roots in the tank.I showed Bobby the pic and he said that is no root system, so he pumped the tank and there was no root system.
As for the prior review claiming Freestate only pumped part of his tank I find that hard to believe. The triaxial pump truck can hold a few septic tanks and he and his family a just plain honest.
