  Love this gym! Such a warm, welcoming environment. Group fitness instructors are excellent and the child care workers take great care of my kids, which allows me to focus on my workout without worry or distraction.

  I highly recommend this place, it’s a place where every women wants to be comfortable in her own skin and surrounded by great owner and staff . Classes are designed to suit all women of all ages , encouraging instructors and knowledgeable personal trainers. This place is a great example of women empowerment.
