I have been attending sessions with Michelle twice a week for two years. She is a wonderful teacher and her take on gentle somatic yoga has done wonders for my chronic back issues. I am 72 years old and am not interested in yoga classes of 30 or 40 people in a huge facility. Michelle’s classes are small and very manageable for mat spacing. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
