Chapman Vac and Sew

The shop did a phenomenal job repairing my vacuum and replacing parts. Even cleaned out my canister and eraser brush which works fantastic on my stairs now. My carpet looks so clean and good! Look at all the fur my vacuum picked up from my Norwegian Forest cat. Even picked up cat litter. Pretty reasonably priced as well. A very happy customer here, thank you!

Had a very unusual ( unheard of, actually) problem with my Janome sewing machine. Mr. Chapman worked to get the replacement part and repairs covered under warranty, even though my machine is 2 years old. His shop is my go to place for all things sewing. I highly recommend his, and his assistant’s, work.

The owner is honest and is repairs are always dependable. He is knowlegable and has great customer service skills. He tries to fit the correct vacuum for your needs; not the most expensive one in the store. I bought two Simplicity and one Riccar vaccums, as well as one Dyson heater over the past 9 years and are happy with all of them.

My experience with Ed Chapman and his assistant has been outstanding when dealing with my Bissell carpet cleaner and a sewing machine. I bought a Janome sewing machine recently and have been so satisfied with Ed's customer service. He gives customers a private lesson when you buy a sewing machine from him.
