Jodi Jones - State Farm Insurance Agent

I just wanted to share a few words about Jodi Jones State Farm office. Everytime I call Jodi and her staff especially Debra have always been so friendly and quickly and efficiently take care of all my insurance needs. I would highly recommend all my family and friends to there office.

The Jodi Jones team offers excellent customer service going above and beyond! When settling my mother's estate Jodi was super helpful and provided me with an insurance payment check that I was unable to get from my bank. You can count on them to be responsive, thorough and provide sound advice on all insurance needs!

Jodi's office is by far one of the greatest. Her staff is best in class. I can't count the numerous times Deborah has gone above and beyond to help, from simple auto quotes, business quotes, home insurance, to finding me a new agent when I moved out of state! This office really lives up to State Farm's motto "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there". Most recently Deborah helped sort out a billing mistake (my part) and ran it to ground even though I no longer use this office for auto insurance (I moved out of state). They put in the real meaning of the new slogan of ""Here to help life go right." They truly do an exceptional job at helping life go right. My family and I have used this office for all of our insurance needs for years. They always take care of anything we need quickly and with great service. Debbie is always there the help us whenever I have a question or issue. We truly feel taken care of and comfortable and that’s the best thing you can ask for from your insurance company. Jodi is not only our State Farm agent, but also our neighbor. No joke. (Remember the jingle.) She was actually our neighbor before becoming our SF agent. When we were dissatisfied with our previous SF agent, we thought it made good sense to give our business to Jodi. And we haven't been disappointed. When there's something that we have questions about, like switching to automatic bill payment, etc., if it's something that she can take care of, she does. Question: "Hey Jodi, how do I go about this...?" Reply: "I'll take care of it." And it's done.
