Everything went well. Very relaxing and Efficient process. Only feedback is registering. Selecting your birth date on the app is ridiculous though. Feels like I was going back 50 years before reaching my birthday. Why could i not just write it in? Also don't hit the back button, you'll have to start over.

Took my 82 year old father for monoclonal antibodies today. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable and kind. Emma explained everything and while most people have trouble getting an IV in my father she did it on the first try. Thank you all very much for what you do. 🙏

I came the Odenton Firehouse site for the antibodies infusion & the staff is AMAZING!!! The nurse Emma was extremely polite, friendly & warming! I had a couple of questions & the doctor was quick to come to come over & talk to me & even game my infusion line a quick check on on his own. There was 2 other team members that also helped me but I didn't catch their names who were just as polite & friendly the moment I walked in! Highly recommend!

Ive only been here for COVID 19 testing and they are excellent!

The First Medical staff are professional and efficient. I thank them for their service. They have been taking good care of us throughout this tough time. There is usually a wait but time goes fast since they allow you to wait in your car. I’ve always received my rapid results in 2 hours or less and the PCR results within 2 days. I commend whomever came up with this system.

Great experience. I’ve been trying to find testing locations in the area and was so fortunate to find this location. They give you the option of rapid testing or pcr, no appointments required, and you can wait in line after registration. They provide tests whether you have insurance or not but you must have a smart phone to register.

The reason for the visit was scary but I’m grateful that this cite was available on a Saturday to give me the attention I needed.
