Herold Dynamics is THE BEST! The owner of this amazing studio is also THE BEST!!! As a music artist, I have to say the owner (Luke) is AMAZING! While I may be bubbly, I’m often very difficult to impress…but with Luke, He definitely impressed me (and I will continue to go to him for my music because He’s truly gifted!!!). He literally brought my music to life and went over and beyond to ensure that I not only had top-of-the-line customer service, but also top-of-the-line music production/audio mixing, etc! So if you’re looking for high quality/top-of-the-line music production/audio mixing, etc, then you’re at the right place! I highly recommend this studio!

My first time recording was a huge success thanks to Luke Herold. His professionalism, enthusiasm, and positive attitude made the experience both enjoyable and highly productive. He worked with me to improve my performance, then helped me refine the recorded sound, all while supporting me to make my own creative decisions.

His knowledge of engineering is vast, and he is great at explaining each step of the process. I felt in charge of the process but never left to fend for myself. He answered each of my questions thoughtfully, and he seemed truly invested in creating the best song possible. Before I had left, I knew I would be back.

Afterwards, and only after listening to the song on a few different speakers, I felt that my vocal performance could have used more warmth - I sent Luke an ambiguous message trying to describe the sound I thought was missing from the track, and within 24 hours he had sent a revision that was *exactly* what I had imagined. I am blown away by his talent and skill. Choose Luke Herold for your next project and you will not regret it.

My stage name is Griselda Mariee. Luke is by FAR thee best engineer I have EVER worked with. The environment is welcoming and comfortable. So comfortable that whenever I want I’m even able to bring my 2 younger children. Luke know’s music and so many different sounds that if your willing to take feedback he’ll even give you input at you request! He keeps up with your pace and allows you to create freely. He is very encouraging and honestly I couldn’t imagine a better engineer, and all of that is on TOP of the equipment being top tier and the sound quality being amazing. 10/10 recommend, I rarely EVER record with anyone other then him.

The best engineer on the east coast in my opinion. I’ve worked with Luke for just about 2 years now and i’ve had no problems with the recording process. He mixes and masters SUPER fast, pays attention to detail, and makes the overall recording process fun and invigorating! He knows how to identify your sound and his mixes are industry standard. I would recommend Luke to any aspiring artist who wants an engineer that can offer quality while bringing that work speed for quantity as well.

Luke is the best hip hop and vocal engineer you can get in the DMV area. The sounds he is getting on vocals are on par with anything you hear on the radio in 2021. If you want that “Drake” sound out of your mixes, you have found the right place. Great price point for the quality you are getting. Would highly recommend!
