The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery people are pleasant and carful When I did have a problem with a refrigerator, a repair person immediately came out, diagnosed the problem and it was quickly repaired. This week I went to several other used appliance stores in the Baltimore area and when I went back to Liberty, I realized just how together they are. I highly recommend them
