TIRES-R-US

Went to Glen Burnie for a little shopping and had a small car issue. Pulled into Tires-R-US & spoke with Andy and he promptly assisted us. We already made an appointment to bring our other vehicle in for new tires. Definitely will be coming back! Great conversation & very respectful guy.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE is beyond EXCELLENT....the SERVICE was FAST and they are VERY knowledgeable. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for ALL of my TIRE needs.

Good and honest work done here. The most trustworthy car repair service that I know. I’m very satisfied with the work I’ve had done on my car here. The owner goes above and beyond to do a good job and gives honest insight about what may or may not need to be done. I go 45 minutes out just to get my car worked on here.

Andy is very polite and friendly. He got me in the same day and took care of my tires very professionally. He knows what he is doing. Only small issue is he needs more help at the shop. He is doing everything. But doing it quickly and politely and professionally. I do recommend.

I called for pricing and Andy was so patient with me by answering all my questions and explained in great detail which product best fits my need. I was even able to get serviced earlier than scheduled. I called around but Andy made me feel the most comfortable with the customer service he provided me so I knew it was a good choice!!
