I’m a first-time home owner. I have a lot of projects to say the least. I met with multiple contractors about getting roofing work done. I found Bob online and gave him a ring. He was very easy to get in touch with.

Bob stood out with his knowledge and experience in the field. He was patient and able to answer the questions I had. He didn’t try to sell more than what needed to be done, but rather made sure that my needs were met. He was honest and open throughout the process of bidding the work through performing the work.

The roof was done within the day. His crew is no joke. The shingles look amazing, and it’s what he’s confident in as a business owner which is very valuable.

He not only replaced my gutters at a reasonable rate, but he re-routed them in the way that made the most sense... and looks great! The neighbors love it.

We recently chose Bob to do our roof after speaking with 3 different companies. He was the most reasonable, honest and down to earth local business owner. He has been in business for over 30yrs, and has customers from 20+yrs ago calling him back for new business. He was VERY honest about the cost and price he would charge. So much so, that we asked him to do our gutters as well. He was there for the whole job, and came back to finish when ordered parts were received. He explained everything to us, and assured he would take pictures of any issues. Our roof looks great and was done in a day. His guys did an AMAZING job of cleaning up after. They even cleaned all the leaves around the house to make sure they got all the debris. We really appreciated his professionalism and trust him enough to refer him to anyone looking for a roofing/gutter company. Thank you Bob!

Fantastic work and service. Bob went above and beyond to help with our roof. During all the rain storms in 2018 he was the only one who actually bothered to answer the phone or return our call in a timely matter. Any issues discovered while replacing the roof were addressed and corrected - I know there are many companies out there who would've ignored any possible issues but Bob and his crew made sure the job was done right. He stands behind his work and we have had no issues since getting our roof and gutters done a year ago. The price was very competitive too and they completed everything on time.

Bob called me within an hour of posting my initial review (below) to apologized severally for not returning my calls. He had been swamped lately and somehow my issue got forgotten. He promised to be out the next Monday. Now 4 days after my initial review, Bob had installed new gutters at his own cost. This is what I call very good response and good service. Thank you, Bob. Bob will not return calls after gutter he installed together with new roof a year before pulls from the roof. Eventually in a snowstorm, the entire gutter came crashing down. Bob's sales pitch was big on his work ethics learnt according to him from his WWI veteran grandfather from whom he learnt his trade
