“Before taking my vehicle to P and G, I had visited 5 other shops. At each shop a mechanic looked at my vehicle, started it and diagnosed the problem. At each shop I was told a different story of what the problem was, a different solution to the problem and an outrages estimate to fix the "problem." I called P and G auto to let them know I was bringing in my vehicle. Once I arrived I informed them of the problem that I was having with my vehicle. The mechanic came out to take a look. He then suggested that we take it for a ride. We then came back to the shop and he put the vehicle on the lift. The mechanic diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the work. (Great Price) I scheduled a day to drop off my vehicle. While the work was being done, I was kept informed. Unlike other shops, there was no "hidden cost" or "extra work" that needed to be done. The work was done perfectly. The mechanic even showed me the old parts that caused the issue. The mechanic and his business practice honesty and integrity. I have found my new mechanic and shop. Great place.”

“Valvoline is incredibly professional, efficient, and honest. I had a “maintenance required” alert on my vehicle, which typically means I need an oil change. I went this evening after work, and they checked my oil and stated that it only needed to be topped off and that I did not need a full oil change. They topped me off and motioned for me to exit the bay - I asked how much I owed them and they said there was no charge. I appreciated their honesty and kindness. I will definitely be back when it comes time for my actual oil change!”
