Fragrance Outlet - Arundel Mills

As a regular customer, I had two gentleman help me. They both had an extreme high tolerance for the busy traffic during this holiday rush, which I know is part of the territory (as I’m a retail employee myself, so I understand how overwhelming it can be), but I applaud both men for working with me and suggesting nice fragrances for my girlfriend.
I was surprised a Fragrance Outlet branch even exists in the mall. I wish they could market themselves more because they not only have a variation of products, but the customer service rocks! It’s hard going to a store these days and have good genuine employees that welcome you

I’m a regular here with a passion for fragrances.
I actually love shopping in-stores because I like to keep my traditions alive and well by getting up-close and personal with items before purchasing them. Way too often, the internet, as handy as it is, can also be a downfall… anyone who says otherwise won’t understand, and never will.
Anyways, I love this store. The vibe is so positive, and the people working here remind me of the workers at the local ice cream shop I go to; very friendly and happy

I’m so used to walking into stores and having a very generic “hi/have a good day” experience.
This team at Arundel Mills defies that. They treat you like family, and I loved it!

Loving this fragrance store. When I tried the online realm, I had a bad experience, so I gave in-store shopping a chance and I was extremely impressed, especially with this Fragrance Outlet at Arundel Mills.
I didn’t buy anything here but the customer service here is so natural. I really like how they respected my time and space rather than imposing products like some other stores

Been there twice this week. Both times, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I spent way more than I should have, but I don't care because I haven't bought perfume for at least 11 years! So with the help of the two different people I saw, I now have a nice collection of fresh, new fragrances that I love.
