I went to their shop and they addressed the situation quickly while making sure that my request was appropriate w/a few questions and suggestions. Great service by careful professionals.

I worked with Matt to build out my AR pistol, and he took his time to show me every feature and all options available. They work with you personally and answer every question knowledgeably. They have really earned my business and I will continue to rely on Hanover Armory for all my firearm needs. 10/10
(April 28, 2022, 1:25 pm)Got my first AR here. Despite being super busy, the staff found a way answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. They got me all the gear that I wanted and set everything up for me. This is going to be my first stop for any firearm needs.
(July 2, 2021, 10:57 pm)This is THE PLACE to go for a customer service experience they way it should be. Very knowledgeable staff who genuinely want to help you because they are gun enthusiasts too! Matt assisted my wife and I with our HA AR purchase, showing us all the different types of AR's with various build options. These aren't one size fits all and we were able to configure our gun and had the options installed as I selected them while we waited! Other shops need to offer service like this! Customer for life, especially since they are warrantied for life! I'll definitely be purchasing another one in the future!!
