As soon as you enter the center there’s someone to greet you with a friendly smile. It doesn’t end there. Once you’re in the bay you’re immediately offered a drink. We felt SPOiled indeed. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
(December 16, 2018, 2:47 pm)Came in today around 9:30 A.M. and was promptly greeted by Douglas (maintenance tech). I came in to service my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation & air filter change. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, my 2 yr old absolutely loved the fish tanks!
Maint. Tech kept me informed about the whole process and didn’t try to upsell any further services. I usually go to my dealership but IMO the service here was quick and was performed efficiently. The staff here are very helpful and polite, I was even able to receive a military discount along with a free car wash. I definitely plan on coming back!
(November 20, 2018, 1:43 pm)I sent my daughter in with my car on Friday for an oil change and was quoted a price and the guy said he'd take $15 off. When I got the receipt I realized that the price quoted wasn't what I was charged. I called corporate and the owner or manager called me back right away and offered me a refund. I told him she would be back in on Monday for another service so he could just take it off of that instead. He gave me a discount for higher than the original discount they offered PLUS free car wash coupons. They also replaced my tail light for free! They made my daughter feel comfortable and informed her of everything they were doing. GREAT customer service!!! This was our 3rd great experience with them. I highly recommend them.
(October 13, 2018, 11:03 am)Great service, very quick and efficient. They even replaced a bulb on my car for free and gave me a $10 coupon off at the end. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an oil change or to get their car checked out.
