(January 5, 2019, 2:31 pm)Very friendly and helpful staff! Sales clerk showed me where the item was and immediately had somebody retrieve it for me because it was up on the top shelf. Got exactly what I needed and was in and out within maybe 3 minutes tops! That's great customer service right there!
(December 15, 2018, 7:54 pm)Sears has been stocking less and less merchandise and there aren't as many employees on the floor as there used to be. Prices on several items have come down. Be aware that the closer the day of Sears closing their doors the prices will go up but still they will try to convince the public it's a lower price. Know your merchandise. Ask who will honor the warranty after you purchase an item with a warranty. Ask about exchanging, too.

They are always friendly and ask if I have found everything I was looking for. It is hard to find good customer service but this Ace always has that to! Thank you
