Came to this company to get a hard drive upgrade. I had Kenny as a point of contact and he was great. Very friendly, very informative and he even came out of his office to look at some pictures of products I took on my phone to help me decide on what to purchase. Highly recommend this company for your computer needs. I'll definitely return if I need to. Customer service amazing.
Wow! Super helpful! Walked in without calling ahead and they honored my Lenovo warrantied item by grabbing me a new replacement (I didn't even buy the laptop there). I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be back when I need help in the future.
DSR is AMAZING!!! I took my MacBook in due to a swollen battery issue (which almost burst not only destroying my computer but setting fire to my house as well), and I needed a couple of screws turned loose that had become stripped in order to release the battery from the frame. I was so scared the battery was going to start leaking or worse, and after going to the Genius bar (surprise, surprise, no help), calling Apple Support (no help either), and Best Buy geek squad (more like useless squad), I went to DSR and in less than 30 mins they were able to release the screws, and properly disposed of the battery! Not to mention, they were able to salvage one of the screws so I could secure the new battery back! They are life savers, and didn't try to push any new annoying products on me to buy unlike the other places who just wanted me to shell out another 2 grand for a new computer, they just did the work, gave me good advice, and sent me on my way with my MacBook still intact. I replaced the battery myself and it's working great! If I have any computer issues in the future, I will be coming back here. They are professional, courteous, and diligent! Thanks DSR!
I wrote a scathing review (see below) and they contacted me within hours and have spent the last four days diligently working to repair this Apple computer and arrange it to be delivered back to school - they have sent me several emails to provide updates on their progress and are changing the communication process among the school, them and us - very impressive customer service to make sure that I was a happy customer. Thank you to Laura at DSR!
Dreadful service - took weeks to evaluate and then replaced hard drive under the warranty. It stopped working within two weeks and the hard drive had to be replaced again because they had done it incorrectly.
Purchased Laptops and Desktops for our company here. Sales person is AWESOME. Very attentive and available even AFTER the sale. We have also had several of our laptops (older ones as well as newly purchased ones) serviced here. Service department is great at working with YOUR schedule to make any repairs NOT such an inconvenience.
