I recommend this apartment complex for your next new home. go check them out the apartments are beautiful!!

(May 1, 2018, 10:20 pm)I have lived at the Groves for 16 1/2 years. Could not be happier unless it was more soundproofed. ***This was written 3 years ago. There have been some pet issues (I do not have one and they now allow dogs) , but they replaced the storm windows and redid the roof so mine does not leak any more. I believe that they are as good as many places but also better than many. I am still here!!***

(October 2, 2017, 9:45 am)Awesome Community to live in !!!! I have been living here for quite sometime as a single parent with my two boys. Never felt unsafe allowing my kids to go outside and play. Everyone is pretty friendly here even the staff at the rental office. I must say it has been a great place to live and raise my boys. ????

(May 8, 2017, 3:28 pm)I've been here for two years and I've loved every bit of it! Staff and leasing office personnel are super hospitable, and the maintenance guys are quick to come by and fix whatever you need. They're currently remodeling the apartments, and the new ones are gorgeous! It only takes me 15 min to get to/from Ft. Meade and is very close to Waugh Chapel. Piney Orchard also has a great running trail, has some open areas for pets (as well as potty bags around every corner), and has a local community center with a lap pool and some fitness machines!
In all, I've had a great experience and I highly recommend.
