“This is my one year old son's first day care and I absolutely love it. Miss Abby is a wonderful lady and assures me that my son is safe all the time. I am really glad that they have video streaming available and I keep checking on him all the time while I'm at work. I really appreciate Miss Te Te(his teacher) for the patience she shows towards the kids especially with him during his initial days. She never get irritated while taking care of them. The day the team showed up, the supervisor, Ray introduced himself to me and explained what would be happening from start to finish. He told me to feel free to ask any questions during the process. I needed additional materials and Ray explained why this was and offered to show me pictures. The materials arrived immediately. The team was incredible. Once they started working they just kept going at it and finished by the end of the day. They cleaned up the entire space ensuring no nails or materials were left on the ground. The next day the crane arrived to haul away the dumpster and did another cleaning. WOW is all I can say. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed by Fichtner!
