Bought a bike through Specialized and had it shipped to TrailWerks for assembly. When I took the bike out it had the Fox36 fork grease block issue. The staff (Mike and team) was able to fit my new bike into the shop and get me back on the trails days later. This was in the near the summer peak rush. Other shops would've had me wait weeks to even look at it. I'm now riding just over 30 miles a week (two rides a week) and I would ride more if I could. The bike has needed nothing since then.

I purchased a bike from another place before knowing about Mike and his team at Trailwerks. Out of curiosity for a local bike place, I went in and started talking about my new hobby and my excitement and curiosity. Mike gave me so many tips, tricks, recommendations, etc. He also offered to look over my bike before my first ride. He took his time and walked me through an actual post-sale setup and made some adjustments to my bike to make sure I was comfortable….and didn’t charge me. His attitude towards me joining the MTB family and his approach to make sure it was fun and successful was such a breath of fresh air. He was there to guide and help versus trying to close sales or get me out of his face. It was very different than what I’d been used to from shopping around. Can’t recommend them enough at this point. Great guy and staff. Will be going there for all my services and bike needs moving forward.

Mike and the team at TrailWerks couldn't have been better! The shops customer service is top notch and the experience I had while shopping for a new bike was outstanding. Mike worked with me to make sure I was buying a bike that would suit my needs within my budget. Along with this all my questions and concerns were addressed before purchasing the bike. TrailWerks is by far the best bike shop in the Annapolis area and I will for sure be coming back for all my bike needs!

Great shop! They are a Specialized dealer, but can service and work on anything. Bought my first full suspension here (2018 Carbon frame Stump Jumper 👌). Staff are informative, knowledgeable and down to earth. They also regularly provide free seminars pertaining to a wide variety of bike related topics. If you like to ride, this is the spot.
