“I will say we're glad to have stopped in for lunch at Hellas. 1st time experience here...good service from start to finish, tasty food & drinks. There was a bit of a wait for food but our waitress & the food was wonderful so no complaints. Junk box, pool tables, an arcade game & tvs around made this a sweet place for all ages. Only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the chairs! Our bums weren't happy sitting on such hardwood & waiting for our food. So I'd recommend cushions or different chairs that are more comfortable for the time period of sitting & waiting to truly enjoy the tasty food at Hellas. See pics shared”

“My husband and I went for a late afternoon lunch on a whim; service was prompt and friendly without feeling rushed. The sushi was AMAZING- and they give you a free miso soup and appetizer as soon as you order. The menu is massive- 3 pages of specialty rolls. It was almost overwhelming to make a choice but ultimately I love the variety. The Hawaii roll was awesome- different than any I've had and really fresh.”

“While training for a full Ironman race, I injured/pulled my Achilles. My ankle would swell up and I had constant pain. I could hardly run a few miles just weeks before the race. I heard about dry needling and found Lisa. In a few minutes of inspection, she determine my issue was in the calf muscle not my Achilles. She worked on the calf in two different visits. I am very happy to report that I not only finished the Ironman race just one week after my last visit to LZ PT, it was pain free and without swelling. This was an amazing outcome from only two visits. Highly recommend Lisa!”

“My meal was flavorful and a delight to eat. Friendly service and didn’t break the bank. I had the pulled pork, baked beans and collards plus a piece of cornbread. What a party in my mouth!!!! The meat was so tender. There was a delicious smoky taste which paired perfectly with the tangy sauce- just danced together in my mouth. The baked beans were tasty and sweet. There were little bits of meat within the beans and honestly- they were really good. Them collards were well seasoned and just melt in your mouth. The cornbread was moist with a sweetness and I enjoyed I was able to still taste corn. Best BBQ place I’ve tried in Maryland hands down! Get you some 😊”
