To say that the owner of this shop is a professional would be a huge understatement. Michelle was extremely helpful when I was in a bit of a bind with a time crunch and was more than willing to get a plaque made for me within such a short amount of time. She was courteous and very understanding when I explained why I needed my plaque done so soon and immediately started working on my order after I finished talking with her. After receiving the finished product, I was in awe at the quality and overall look of the plaque, as it had doubly exceeded my expectations. Michelle was exceptionally gracious starting from when I first put in the order all the way up to when I went to pick it up from her shop. I highly recommend this shop for all of your going away gifts, awards, and other military unit/company merchandise. You will undoubtedly be impressed by Michelle's professionalism along with the amount of care and quality she puts into any and all of her works.

They put together an amazing 3D printed Air Jordan for our sneakerhead colleague and it was a hit! Being veteran owners they really have that attention for detail!

Owner was incredibly easy to work with (and hilariously funny as a bonus!) I had to get some very last minute gifts engraved for a soccer team party and she made it happen with minimal fuss and for a great price. They looked great (small wooden trays with player's names and jersey numbers)! Everyone loved them!! I highly recommend this company - just super!!

My experience with this business was awesome!! Michelle did a fantastic job engraving my military hat box. I loved the outcome and she does so many custom made pieces that other shops are not able to do. I highly recommend Miranti Awards 🙂

The owner is literally so accommodating, not only with what you want, but on any time crunch. She understands that turn around time for the military can be quick and unexpected and accommodates accordingly. She makes sure that the item is exactly how you envisioned it, and will make corrections if it isn’t. Hands down the best customer service! We appreciate everything she has done to make our farewells and other special moments in the military that much more memorable.
