so listen, when i first arrived i was 6 minute late to my passport appointment which was my fault completely as i had a far drive, so immediately as i walked in veronica told me to reschedule as there were no customers at all there what so ever. My friend luckily talked to her and somehow convinced her to let us have the opportunity to wait untill 245 to see if the next appt showed, they didn’t so then she took me. As I had half of it filled out, i still needed to complete some more of it and i had to redo the whole page due to crossing something out, She then told me to reschedule then changed her mind and gave me 2 minutes to redo the whole page. We then completed processing the application. My point is yeah she could have come across as rude but i wouldn’t even say it was because she was just showing time is valuable and they deal with a lot there daily be kinder to them. she taught me a lesson and i think she handled the situation well cause i would’ve been blown as well in her shoes.She didn’t have to let me finish the application today or give me a chance too and in the end i think we should treat tthe workers there nicely because they put up with a lot so i wanna defend her in these comments! shes a queen, don’t come for her in these comments!

The woman that helped me today (Saturday Jan 7th, 2023) went above and beyond for me! I have never sent a package through the postal service and had no idea what I was doing and she walked me through everything and even helped me box up my package. I have terrible anxiety and was shaking and she helped make the situation a million times better for me! This woman is amazing and everyone who was there today were super nice!!!

Poop Happens has been great to us over the years. We originally started service in Glen Burnie in 2020 and we were able to continue service even after we moved to Mount Airy. Ian is friendly, considerate, and meticulous in his work. Chris is friendly and great to work with as well. If you live in MD and need a dog waste pick-up service, call Poop Happens first.
