From start to finish, their team was professional, compassionate, and efficient in the way they handled what was literally the worst days of my life.

The cleaning was done perfectly, but what really stood out to me was their empathy and understanding throughout the entire process. They showed genuine concern for my emotional well-being and that of my family, and made sure that I was comfortable with every step they took.

I have never in my life had such a positive experience with a company that I wish I never had to consult with. When my husband and I had to face the death of a terminal friend in our home we called Aftermath to consult on the cleanup. Jamie, Kevin, and Christina were able to come out to our home the same day we called and they were incredibly compassionate, professional, respectful and patient with us as we had to navigate a situation completely out of our element. While we ultimately chose to go with a smaller company for our smaller job, they were the hardest team to pass on after the pleasant experience they provided in a very dark time for our family.

Tiffany and team were beyond helpful in such a tragic time. She was timely, very responsive and made everything incredibly easy. They were super kind, understanding, and very sympathetic. We, as a whole can not thank you guys enough!

Aftermath treated my situation after my father's passing with such care and dignity. They realize the extreme emotion involved in the passing of a loved one and were very diligent and sympathetic to my situation.

Specifically, Kevin and Jamie went WAY out of their way to assist me with my issue and got me the absolute best possible deal I could get during this awful time. Even though I did not have the work done, because of a miscommunication (totally on my part) they were very empathetic to everything and made me feel at ease.
