Brought my X1 here from BMW Annapolis, who fixed what wasn’t the problem for a ton of money. Steve and the Pasadena Bimmer guys were honest with me, showed me and fixed the engine problem just as described. BMW Annapolis either completely misdiagnosed the issue or worse. Pasadena Bimmer is more reliable.

I started going to Pasadena Bimmer about one year ago. They are the only ones I will trust with my vehicles. They noticed a HUGE safety issue with my Toyota Tacoma (an issue other repair shops missed for YEARS). Their prices are reasonable, they are honest, and service is top notch! I’m a forever customer!

I’ve been all over the area trying to find someone to work on my older Saab. These guys came through. Competent, professional, and service oriented. They kept me timely updated with the progress of my car, conducted a top to bottom assessment of future preventative maintenance, and were reasonable in cots of repairs. I will continue to use these fine professionals and will recommend to others.

Dylan the new owner of Pasadena Bimmer is an expert in BMW M cars. He did a ton of work on my E60 M5. Communicated everything to me really well, went above and beyond to make sure everything is good on my car. We did an overhaul on the cooling system, brakes and the suspension. I will be taking the car to him to do the rod bearings soon. Very knowledgeable and honest. The price you pay here is worth every penny given the level of work, and honestly, compared to dealership prices it is very reasonable too!
