We had a Great experience from the time I reserved my unit online for free, to the personal call from Becca the manager to confirming my reservation, to answering all my questions! This place was organized and clean and the manager Becca was Super helpful, friendly and so easy to work with! If you have nice things you want to be safe while storing, this is a Great location with an Excellent manager that aims to please.

As I was returning some Easter Decorations to my Storage Unit, I decided to go the office to inquire about the possibility of transfering my belongings from a 10 X 10 unit to a 5 X 5 unit.

Becca, the manager at the facility, was very welcoming and wonderfully helpful. She convinced me to make the transfer today since it is the last day of the month. Perfect timing!! She even offered to help me move my belongings from one unit to the other!!

Sometimes, the unexpected, unplanned achievements are the most rewarding and satisfying! And thanks to Becca, I am able to say, "mission accomplished". The Public Storage facility on Ritchie Hwy is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and caring person as Becca!! Thank you!!

Property Manager Becca was friendly, efficient and helpful. Becca was able to answer all my questions that I had on storage units. She helped me transfer storage units and it was a smooth process and she made it very easy for me to transfer units. Very pleased with her customer service!!
