Nate is an incredibly talented physical therapist and the kindest, person, as well. He listens carefully to the issues being described and addresses the problems thoughtfully and thoroughly. I had a knee injury and I wanted to return to hiking and enjoying time with my grandbaby (which included a lot of climbing stairs while carrying her and getting up and down from playing on the ground). After helping to rehab my knee completely, he gave me a maintenance plan that keeps me strong and ready to participate in any of the activities I want to participate in. No pain, complete function and stronger than I was before I started seeing him. He helped me feel confident and safe as I returned to the activities I love. Nate utilized a variety of techniques to achieve a successful outcome, and I felt that I was always in the most capable hands.
I’ve had needling done many times but I have to honestly say Nate is the best! He’s knows how to find and treat the exact points of pain. My knee definitely feels much better after every appointment!
Seeing Nathan has been one of the greatest decisions I’ve made. I’ve played tennis my entire life and started having really bad elbow pain. After a few sessions with Nathan I was able to get back out there without worrying about my arm and that discomfort associated with tennis elbow.
As a former gymnast with hyper mobility, I have lived with constant pain and instability. I started seeing Nate a few years ago for Physical Therapy, specifically Dry Needling, because my pain had become overwhelming and I could barely use my left arm. He not only helped me recover full movement and strength, but has lead me to better understand how to manage my body and pain. Nate has a sound understanding of hyper mobility and truly listens to your needs. As a physical therapist myself, I can’t put into words how life-changing it has been to brainstorm and problem-solve with Nate. He is thoughtful, impactful, and thorough with his treatments, and I cannot speak highly enough of his dry needling skills. I continue to see Nate every time I am in the Baltimore area and always feel like we make huge strides in maintaining function of my body. Whether you have an acute injury, chronic pain, or just want to make gains in your physical abilities, I recommend Nate!
Nate is an amazing physical therapist - I've seen him multiple times over the last two years for dry-needling. I have a complex medical problem and he has gone out of his way to research my problem and provide specific exercises to target those areas. His follow-up is very helpful - emails which recap the visit and lists recommended exercises. He knows his anatomy - and is so talented in his ability to provide individualized care. I am very grateful I found him!
