“Popped in on what was coincidentally their first night of being reopened. Very clean environment, new lounge that looks very nice but didn't get the chance to stop in, but I have to give props to the people - Attentive, friendly, made a guy feel welcome. Got a nice free t-shirt and some swag too, and that's always nice. You could tell the employees were excited about the reopening and wanted to succeed, and honestly, it was infectious. I left in a better mood than when I went in, and that alone was worth the cost of doing business. I wish them the best of luck.”

“Like Tower Federal Credit Union but a bit frustrating when ATM is occasionally not working/Out of Service on weekends. Maybe hire a service attendant 24/7 on-call to fix at notice? Also, trash is all around the ATM and drive-thru ATM. Consider calling a cleaning crew to clean areas. I'd like to see Police/Security posted in the parking lot throughout the day & night.”

“Works most of the time! Easy access to the inside lobby which has two ATMs places far enough from each other for privacy. Only the one to the right doesn’t make deposits and sometimes doesn’t work. Both are serviced. Regularly and if you’re stuck, someone inside the bank or nearby will often help. Access if locked can be as easy as sliding your debit card. There’s an additional stand alone ATM drive through outside. Lines are usually not long, but the ATM seems slower. This bank is so techy anyway. I enjoy going to this bank. I first joined this bank in North Carolina but things have changed since nn. This bank is so personal, high tech android to work with that I had to switch back. There are a lot of offerings: my first techy option utilized was online banking. Easy setup, and good customer service techs when needed. About a year now, they introduced check deposits via phone - That was new and convenient. I loved it. Remote tellers are the newest and I’m finally getting used to it. I love not having to push my I.D. in the teller window, verifying their data to quickly checkout. I miss actually seeing a person, and just seeing them on the kiosk. It’s more impersonal. All in all, great concept: large open waiting area, with central kiosks and loan booths and teller corners. Thumbs up SECU. ATMS+ more!!!!”

“While I don't personally bank here I have used this location for their safety deposit box and to cash a check. The first thing you notice is the security getting in. One person through the door and the second door will not open until the first one closes. A bit frustrating at first however security is not designed for convenience.”

“Brenda was so kind to me. She made small talk and was very cordial with the customers in front of me. I observed her offering a patron in front of me a bag for his food before he exited the store and the exchange was very respectful. When it was my turn in line, Brenda offered me a free cup of ice to go with my beverage since it was so hot out. I have never received this level of customer service at a gas station, or other Royal Farms, as I had today. I will now frequent this location on my regular commutes and will be happy to become a regular customer.”
