“Dr. Lynch is a hard working physician. He listens and looks hard at the symptoms you present. I have a lot of confidence in his experience and judgement. But the practice consists of more than just the physician. There are all the other people who assist, and they are all helpful, kind and listen well. A patient walks out the exit with all the follow up information in hand. I had a particularly good experience with the insurance administrator, Miss Debbie, who made sure to check with the insurance company to confirm that no pre-authorization for a procedure was required. I spoke to her briefly on the phone, and I really got the impression that they are looking out for the best interests of the patient. I am very appreciative.”
