“I called Anne Arundel Plumbing to repair a leaking tub spout and to correct low water pressure in my shower. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they did not charge a fee to come out and assess the situation. They quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that both of my shower diverters had lifetime warranties and advised me to call the manufacturer to get the parts at no cost. When I advised Jeff that I could not reach a representative at the manufacturer, he immediately contacted one of his suppliers who contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and I received the parts a few days later. As soon as I informed Anne Arundel Plumbing that I had received the parts, they came out immediately to complete the repair. They went out of their way to save me money and to accommodate my schedule. They are extremely responsive, professional and competent and their rates are much lower than other companies I have used, especially the big local plumbing companies. I have always prefer small family owned businesses and this was no exception. It is obvious that they care deeply about doing a good job for their customers. “Less than a week ago our home septic system backed up. We have used Ace septic for years to pump our system, but this time we were desperate for help.While taking a shower the "black malodorous" water suddenly came up to my husband's ankles, toilets wouldn't flush, bathtub backed up, and water dripping heavily through our basement ceiling. What a mess! We phoned Ace and Sherry promptly arrived at our home, at 9:30, the following morning, in a heavy downpour. We have never met such a hard working, determined young woman in our lives. She had one man assisting her . They worked plunging, snaking, digging, you name it, for 5 hours, non stop. Sherry promised me we would get warm showers that night and she meant it. After working continuously in the pouring rain, with a smile, she finally said I need to get on your roof and check the vent. She did just that, while my husband and her assistant, watched her put a snake through, from back roof to the front of house. Finally success!! Nothing stops this woman and she was so pleasant and professional the entire time. At the end she, and her assistant were covered with mud and soaked, but cleaned up our yard perfectly. We will never use another septic company and we would more than highly recommend them, prompt, efficient, thorough, extremely hard working, most honest, very professional, reasonably priced, and they left our yard in perfect order , even in the pouring rain!! “I would recommend these guys for any job. Tried to replace the wax ring on my very old toilet. After an hour some colorful language I remembered that I was not a plumber. Called alpha, made an appointment, plumber showed up on time, took very little time to fix. Ended replacing toilet. He was polite, quite and efficient. Day later a different toilet wanted some attention as well. Called Alpha and a different guy showed up. He was just as kind as 1st. Both of them kept me updated and pricing was low on both trips.
