She is easy to talk to and super nice! Before I was not able to put my foot flat on the floor which was causing me pain at various times during exercise activities. They followed up with orthopedics to ensure she got an appointment as soon as possible (within 2 hours of my calling for help! ... she ultimately needed a surgery). I then returned 10 days later with illness of my own and multiple members of the team remembered her case, inquired about how she was doing and got me treated quickly and professionally. I had to add...my girl just received a get well soon card signed by the staff. I have been so moved by the care that went into Winnie's care 🥰”
