Did a Great Job on my rear bumper! Competitive pricing. And they let you know before hand what the cost estimate is. They even Washed my car! It looks Great! Although, I did tell them that I hope to NEVER see them Again! Nice people.

Took my car in again. A few years after my first time. It's close to my house. And more reasonably priced than the dealer. I want to Especially Thank Tia. Such a Sweetie. I had not realized how Addicted I was to my car. When she told me it would be a little longer than I'd thought, I kind of Freaked Out a little. Tia was So Good. Took it all in stride and kept me up to date. Such a SweetHeart.

I am a relatively new car owner and I didn't realize how great Baltimore Body Shop & Service is until I had to take my car somewhere else because they were all booked up. Their prices are reasonable. They are good at explaining techincal things to people that don't care about cars at all (me). And they are thoughtful at advising you on what work you absolutely should get done versus what can wait a little bit.
