  So my experience was by far the best experience. I went into this location because my phone would not turn back on I tried everything hard reset keeping on charger so I was desperate so I went to the store was was greeted by Camille asking me how she can help I told her the issue and told her If I had to upgrade I didn’t care but instead she tried to trouble shoot my phone and it came on after her holding it non stop which amazed me she looked at my phone and told me it’s best to upgrade because I had the 6s and to avoid more issues just to upgrade so I got the 8 plus she showed me a few new features and told me how to train my battery and how to exit and open due to not having a button and she also traded in my phone and offered case and screen protector for trade in I pretty much payed taxes and a few dollars extra. She took her time with me answered every single question I had for her transfered all my stuff over and she made sure I was satisfied with everything she even called me a few days later and asked me how I was doing with the phone and told me call if any problems!! I’m writing this because you don’t find good customer service like this at all!! Camille continue the great work you will make it very far in your career with the positive and great attitude you have towards your work and customers thanks so much !!

  Sending this from my iPad that this store helped me purchase. Camille & Brittany are amazing! Also, if you call other locations in the area, you’ll be hard pressed to speak to an actual person right away. The customer service at this location is UNMATCHED and they helped me order the iPad I was looking for. If you’re looking for the best AT&T in the Baltimore area, this is it.

  Went in after to get my phone activated after spending hours on the phone with customer service. Brandon was super helpful and unbelievably patient with whatever glitch in the matrix was keeping me from getting my phone activated. He took the time to make sure everything was working before I left. Very satisfied and will be going to the Boston St AT&T for anything I need in the future.
