Bloom Box US

After reading an WBAL News article about Bloom Box delivering to Maryland, I decided to give it a try for our spring planting needs. I am so happy I did! What a fabulous business model. We were in complete lockdown during Covid and are slowly getting back to some sense of normalcy. That said, even now, I would much rather select my plants online versus tromping around a Home Depot or a local nursery. The website is very easy to navigate, the selection of plants & flowers is tremendous and the quality of the plants is outstanding. Far superior to what we’ve purchased in the past at local retailers. I just received my second order for my spring plantings and couldn’t be more thrilled. If you have a need to contact customer service (which I did with this last order) they are incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. I spoke with Tony on one occasion and Krisha the second time. They both went out of their way to answer my questions, assist with plant selections and quantity, etc.. There is also a chat feature on their website which I used while placing my first order ~ they too are extremely responsive and helpful. The delivery process is also efficient. It’s contactless and free for any order over $45 and arrives within three days. They send you a notification the day before or morning of giving you a timeframe for delivery. Easy peasy!! You won’t go wrong with Bloom box ~ I’ll definitely be returning.

Excellent service; I do love the seed packaging design and the subscription model. I've recently ordered my Bloom Box, and it was the best decision I made for house gardening. It's super easy to manage and as well to grow in your house/apt. I think adding more seeds in the future something be something to consider. I do love the Kale!
