“Although I handled most of the prepurchase transaction directly with the seller including inspection and sea trial Trey managed all follow-up correspondence and communications between me (out of state buyer) and the seller. On the day of delivery Trey met me at the marina awaiting boat delivery from the seller. Despite previously agreed terms, the seller developed amnesia regarding a significant detail... he had agreed to show me how to and would assist with lowering the mast prior to the boat being lifted and placed on my trailer. Thanks to Trey’s diligent efforts the seller acknowledged his responsibility and covered the yacht service’s charge for taking down the mast. At all times during this contentious situation Trey was always professional and courteous to all, reminding the seller of the “gentleman’s agreement” to which he had committed.
