&pizza - Charles Village

My first visit was perfect no issues and food was great . My second visit was a different story , customer service and overall look and feel could’ve been better and the toppings on my pizza were pretty much just thrown on top not cooked no care for presentation.

Greeted as soon as I came in the door! Thank you for the warm welcome (Alexis) , the hot made room perfection garlic knots (Kareem), and the awesome service!!

Love &Pizza. I had someone new but she was sweet. The person helping her was really in his phone was but also nice.
My pizza turned out great.
SN/ I wish they would bring back wheat dough!!

Love the staff every time I visit it's always love, precise and nurturing service!! Not to mention it's always so sanitary at this location!!!

Edit: came back another day and really liked my order of pesto pizza with chicken and BBQ. Staff still super friendly. Review now 5 stars!

Friendly and fast service for sure. Only 3 stars because for the pizza crust, mine somehow tasted a bit bland and cardboard like. The quality of the meat (chicken) could also be a bit better. However, I would consider going back given the staff were so friendly and the solid selection of toppings.
