    We have been here now 3 months and we are glad we picked this complex. The common areas and grounds are always pretty well kept and maintenance has been great, turn around time has been super quick on all the requests we've made so far.
    The area is nice, safe and quiet. We have enjoyed seating on our balcony and watching the deers.

    Big plus that there is always ample parking right outside your door!

    I rented here between early 2015 - late 2016, and had a good experience. I would strongly recommend if you are looking to rent in the area.

    My apartment had a nice little balcony that was great to hang out on, at least when the air unit wasn't running. This is in a great location just by Quarry Lakes and other shops/necessities and very close to I-695. There is ample parking and the community is gated. While the laundry is small, it has four or six big machines and I did not have any trouble with them. The staff was usually easy to work with, although I would say they are certainly busy and sometimes brief. The grounds team seemed to do a good job, and when I had a repair issue, they were pretty quick to take a look. The prices were competitive in the area.

    Have been a tenant since December 2016. Very Satisfied with the value. Rent is very affordable, and the grounds are clean and well tended. Maintenance was quick and efficient with the one repair I had.
    The buildings do show their age, but are well kept. Within the last few months, Falls Village has been doing a lot of work to update and make grounds and facilities look and function better. Pleased Resident with no complaints.
